“Uncle Tom’s Cabin” is complete!

Uncle Tom’s Cabin was a quaint cabin nestled in the South Carolina Mountains in Cheohee Valley on Lake Cherokee – a small private lake that is perfect for family getaways. The Bickes have owned the cabin since the children were little, but now wanted something bigger and began looking for another cabin to purchase.

The children simply wouldn’t allow it as they had been going up there all of there lives and had many fond memories of there childhood at this beautiful place. The Bickes decided to renovate instead and chose DALCO to take on the project. DALCO produced a larger Cabin with modern amenities where the Bickes will continue to make memories. Construction, Casa Di Calabro: The Italian country manor is a period-correct old-world style of architecture with the newest and coolest products integrated and combined with construction techniques. We are proud to include Yonah Mountain Timbers framing to the Casa project. DALCO is providing a comprehensive home concept, which includes the home design, interior design elements, and all of the landscape and hardscape design.

Renovations, Lake Cherokee, Uncle Toms Cabin: The time has arrived for an overdue renovation of the house. The kids are grown and now it is finally time for a transition from a wood and sticks cabin to a modern day lake home. DALCO will be providing a complete design and renovation.

TIPM®, Moonlight Bay: Many of our client’s homes are secondary homes. Would you neglect your home gutters, drains, frozen water pipes, or heat and air? DALCO provides monthly plans to address any type and level of property management. DALCO provides pest control, weed control, yard maintenance, and inspection services. DALCO provides email notification of services performed and schedule for upcoming maintenance needs.

Wow!!! What a 2009. The past decade was filled with a residential home explosion never seen in the history or our area before. The good times for DALCO were had by building longstanding relationships and superior customer service. These traits defined who DALCO really is.

2010 will be a great year for the new DALCO. We are launching our new services platform and TIPM® Total Integrated Property Management. The new DALCO builders are now providing all of our past services, while maintaining our commitment to building quality relationships. Our in-house design team sets the plan for the construction renovation, landscaping, and property management services for our company.

Our customer base is telling us they want DALCO to handle all of the maintenance and construction needs for homes and businesses. They want to only deal with one person and make one call. TIPM® was born. You know, being in business for 16 years does have many advantages. Much of our original home construction was ready for a complete make over. In addition, many of the homes or businesses are ready for a complete renovation, others were just ready for a nice pergola, backyard living area, water feature, or landscaping upgrades to today’s styling.
